1. South Africa, AIDS
2. Indonesia, gender inequality
3. China, environmental policy
4. Kenya, hunger and poverty

i got my 2nd choice: indonesia, gender inequality. i would say possible, but not achievable, at least not by the year the MDGs are supposed to be met.
